How much does it Cost to Interjet Flight Change?

If you have ever booked a flight ticket from the Interjet Airlines and want to change the booking details of the passenger for some reason, then you must check out the Interjet Change Flight policies as suggested by the Interjet Airlines. There are certain conditions you must keep in mind if you are looking for Interjet Date change or the booking details change of the flight.

The Interjet Airlines offers the various ways in which you can make changes in the Interjet Flight booking. These methods include the online booking method and the offline method of airport visit. If you want to make changes to the flight using the online method, you must ensure that you have the confirmed ticket number of the Interjet Flight and the name of the passenger on whose name the flight tickets are booked. While going through the process of Interjet change flight through any method, there is certain Interjet Change flight fee applicable that depends on the details of the booked Interjet flight.  This Interjet Change flight fee is applicable as per the fare of the booked Interjet flight ticket.

Two conditions that decide how much you pay for the Interjet change flight process:

More than 24 hours before the schedule departure

If you have booked the flight in any of three types of flight including Ultra-light flight, Light flight tickets, and optima flight ticket, there are varied charges of each one of them. If you have booked the flight in Ultra-flight, 799 MXN is required to pay for the Interjet Change Flight for domestic flights and 79 USD or 89 CAD for the international flights. However, if you have booked the fight in the Optima, you will be charged with 599 MXN for the domestic flights and 25 USD or 48 CAD for the international flights from Mexico. Moreover, if you have done the booking in the Light Flight Ticket, you will be required to pay 699 MXN for the domestic flights and the 69 USD or 79 CAD for the international flights.

 
Less than 24 hours of the scheduled departure

If you have done the Interjet booking before 24 hours and you are required to change the flight tickets after the time limit of 24 hours have passed, there will be changes in the charges for Interjet Change flight process. If the changes are in the Ultra-light flight tickets and the scheduled departure is after 4 hours, then you will be required to pay 999 MXN if travelling domestically, and 99 USD or 120 CAD if travelling internationally. Moreover, if the bookings are made of Optima flight ticket, then you will be charged 899 MXN for domestic flights, and 89 USD or 115 CAD for international flights. Additionally, if the flights tickets are of Light category, then then charges will be 599 MXN for domestic travel and 35 USD or 48 CAD for international travel.

Other category for the Interjet Change flight fee is the Priority type. You will not be required to pay charges if you have the Priority flight booking of the Interjet flight. Moreover, you will receive maximum benefits and can make unlimited changes for the flight booking.
